If it passes the scouting test, it will be accepted to the art portal
it had 6 votes then it stoped being able to get votes thats what im mean.

It has been voted on at least 6 times. However I can't see any way to vote on it either. I hope this issue gets fixed. If you haven't already try contacting a mod or admin.
